Music has been a constant source of relaxation, and at the same time inspiration, in my life. I began to play the guitar in my teens and have always had one close. I appreciate classical music and am particularly fond of my home town’s orchestra – the Lahti Symphony Orchestra.<\/p>\n
I have returned to my music, but with a developed ear. I compose and record music for enjoyment, and every now and again embark on a little project to distract me from my design duties.<\/p>\n
Here is a sample of my film and music making: this was my entry into map magazine’s smallest short film festival, which won best original soundtrack. A bit of experimenting with new technology, this video was taken with my iPod and music that I composed and recorded was set to the film. Enjoy, it’s only 4 minutes!<\/p>\n
